How it works

Three steps between you and every role you're a fit for.

Step 1
1

Match

Upload your resume once. Zeevelo parses it into a structured profile and scans thousands of live postings across Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and more — surfacing the roles you actually fit.

Step 2
2

Tailor

For each match, Zeevelo rewrites your resume and drafts a cover letter around the posting's exact keywords and requirements. A side-by-side diff shows every change before it's used.

Step 3
3

Auto-Apply

Zeevelo opens the real posting with every answer ready — work authorization, salary, notice period, the lot. Set a score threshold and matching roles move automatically. Every send generates an audit receipt.

Answer once, apply everywhere

A perfect resume still fails at "do you require sponsorship?"

Every application form asks the same dozen questions. Zeevelo stores your answers once and carries them into every role — so a 95-scoring match doesn't stall on a dropdown.

Work authorization

Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT or EAD. Sponsorship now or in future. Relocation. The questions that decide whether your application is even read.

H1BOPTGreen CardSponsorship

On OPT? Filter out the dead ends

Zeevelo reads every posting and flags the ones that rule out sponsorship — security clearance, ITAR, "we are unable to sponsor". Switch on the filter and they never reach your queue.

✓ SponsorsOpen✗ US auth required

We're honest about the limits: most postings say nothing either way. "Open" means nothing was ruled out — not that sponsorship is guaranteed.

Role & terms

Target titles, locations, salary, notice period, and employment type — full-time, contract, or corp-to-corp.

Full-timeContractC2C

Built as a CV, not a file

Enter your history once as structured data — roles, education, certifications, skills. No PDF to re-upload every time you change a line. Or upload a PDF/DOCX and Zeevelo parses it.

Full transparency

See exactly what was sent, and where it went.

Zeevelo tracks every application from submitted through to offer — and archives the exact resume and cover letter that went out with each one.

Outcome tracking

Move each application through Submitted → In review → Interview → Offer. Stat tiles, an outcome breakdown, and a six-week submission chart show whether your search is actually working.

Receipts you can audit

Every send writes a receipt: the exact resume and cover letter, keywords matched, timestamp, and confirmation reference — downloadable, months later.

The ATS score

One number that tells you if a robot will read your resume.

Before a human sees your application, an Applicant Tracking System scores it. Zeevelo runs the same math first — scoring your resume against each job description from 0 to 100, and showing exactly what to fix.

87ATS match
40

Keyword coverage

Hard skills, tools, and certifications from the posting, weighted by how often and where they appear.

25

Role & experience alignment

Title similarity, seniority, and years of experience against the requirements.

20

Skills-section match

Direct overlap between your structured skills and the must-have list.

15

Parse-ability

Formatting an ATS can actually read — no tables, graphics, or columns that scramble your history.

FAQ

Fair questions.

Does Zeevelo apply without my permission?

No. Zeevelo opens the real job posting with every answer prepared — resume, cover letter, work authorization, salary, notice period — and you click submit. That's deliberate: it keeps you in control, and it keeps Zeevelo inside every ATS's terms of use. You can also set a score threshold so strong matches move automatically to your ready queue for one-click batch approval.

I'm on OPT and need H-1B sponsorship. Does this help?

It's built for exactly this. Zeevelo reads every job description and classifies it: explicitly sponsors, explicitly requires US work authorization, or silent. Turn on the sponsorship filter and roles that rule you out never enter your feed. Be aware that most postings say nothing either way — we label those "Open", which means nothing was ruled out, not that sponsorship is promised. Only the "Sponsors" badge is a firm signal.

How do I know what was actually sent?

Every application generates a receipt: the exact resume and cover letter sent, keywords matched, timestamp, and confirmation reference. You can download either as a Word document months later, and each submission is emailed to you as a permanent record.

What does the ATS score mean, and what's the 90 bar?

It's a 0–100 estimate of how well a resume matches a specific posting: keyword coverage (40%), role and experience alignment (25%), skills match (20%), and formatting parse-ability (15%). Zeevelo rewrites your resume against each job and re-scores it — if the tailored version can't clear 90, it's blocked from sending rather than going out weak.

Will tailoring misrepresent me?

No. Tailoring reorders, rephrases and emphasises what's already in your profile. Where it adds a missing keyword, it appears under a clearly labelled section and shows in the diff — so you see every change before anything is sent. It never invents experience.

Which resume format should I use?

Reverse-chronological, and Zeevelo defaults to it — it's the only structure every major ATS parses reliably, at roughly 97% extraction versus 70–85% for functional layouts, which Workday and older Taleo installs can reject outright. New graduates can lead with education instead. Exports are Word documents, single-column with no tables or headers, which is what parsers read most accurately.

What does it cost?

Nothing during beta. Every account gets 25 applications a day, resetting at midnight Central. Paid plans will come later with higher limits; we'll give existing users plenty of notice and beta accounts keep their allowance.

Where do the jobs come from?

Directly from companies' own public job boards — Greenhouse and Lever — so you're seeing the same postings the employer published, not a stale aggregator copy. Pick companies from the directory and Zeevelo re-checks them through the day, scoring and tailoring new matches before you've looked.
