Does Zeevelo apply without my permission?

Only if you tell it to. By default, every application waits in your queue for approval. If you switch on auto-apply, you set the ATS-score and profile-completeness thresholds — anything above the bar submits automatically, anything below waits for your one-click batch approval. You can turn it off anytime.

How do I know what was actually sent?

Every application — automatic or manual — generates a receipt: the exact resume and cover letter versions sent, the answers given, the timestamp, and the ATS confirmation ID. Your full history is auditable in the Receipts tab.

Which ATS platforms do you cover?

Zeevelo works with 15+ applicant tracking systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby, with more added continuously.

Will tailored resumes misrepresent me?

No. Tailoring reorders, rephrases, and emphasizes what's already in your profile to match the posting's language — it never invents experience. The diff view shows every change so you stay in control of your own story.

What happens to my resume data?

Your profile is used only to match and apply to jobs on your behalf. We don't sell your data or share it with recruiters without an application you initiated.

What does the ATS score actually mean?

It's a 0–100 estimate of how well your resume matches a specific job description: keyword coverage (40%), role and experience alignment (25%), skills match (20%), and formatting parse-ability (15%). A higher score means a better chance of passing automated screening.
